

NONNAS Trattoria is proud to present our executive chef Joseph Annaloro Fendi, chef Annaloro, was born in Sicily where he had most of his culinary education and application in the finest establishments in Italy. Moreover, chef Annaloro worked in the US for major five star hotels and top rated corporation, where he demonstrated his fine skills in culinary arts. Chef Annaloro is regarded as a great teacher to many in the culinary arena.
Chef Annaloro Joined our team at Nonna’s Trattoria in the very early stages of our brand new restaurant build out, he took charge of the kitchen layout, dinning room design, and menu selection.
